  I placed an order for the front glass piece of a fireplace on 10/30/17 for one of our customers and after several phone calls to check on the order status along with a bunch of excuses and contradictory updates I finally received my order on 12/11/17... only to find that it was the COMPLETELY WRONG PART. They re-ordered it and I again got the contradictory updates. I asked to speak to the owner who I found out is Michelle Stimpson (her husband is Ed Stimpson). After explaining my situation she said she would contact me with weekly updates..she did that for about 1 week..when she wouldn't get back to me anymore I then had to deal with the "manager" and again got the contradictory updates along with a very unprofessional attitude..he told me that I had no right to be upset with him and that he didn't have to do business with me. Long story short is finally on 1/31/18 (3 months after original order was placed) I cancelled my order. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! ***FOR THE RECORD - I wouldn't have given them ANY stars but it wouldn't let me post this without at least 1 star.
